My goal remains the same: to deliver grounded, accurate health information to serve the needs of women as they age, and help navigate the often muddy and oft-times confusing issues of aging, from head to toe. I’ll still write (mainly) about health, but I’ll also sometimes write about beauty and other things, like fashion, emotions, family, life, and whatever jumps into my mind (or life) at the moment. A recent survey of health advice from longevity influencers delivered via Instagram found that just one in four posts met “basic trustworthiness standards.” (Yikes!)
It’s important for all of us to take care of ourselves, especially as we age and pass through menopause, where we live in our bodies for the rest of our lives. Because of longer life expectancies, we can now expect to spend up to 40 percent of our lives in the post-menopausal stage.
There’s so much of our lives ahead of us. Together, let’s make those years as good as they can be!
