Valuable Lessons Learned from Aging
I have friends of all ages, ranging in age from 20-somethings to 80-somethings. I enjoy them all; time together is always time well spent. It’s Never Too Late to Make Healthy Choices
After visiting Miami's Pritikin Longevity Center a while back, I'm happy to say many of the lessons I learned still resonate with me. Instead of using salad dressing, I drizzle my salad with the best balsamic glaze I can afford.
